Flanagans B extended their lead to 14 points after a 9-3 win at The White Lion B, who sadly failed to attend the meeting and have had five points deducted. Star Penzance B were 7-5 winners over The Astro Legionnaires, with G Strick hitting a 180 and S Minister 180 with seven tons. R Cringle threw 10 tons for The Astro B, helping them stay in third place with a 9-3 win over The Angarrack. Elsewhere, The Station stay in fifth after winning 7-5 against The Trevelyan B. The RAOB C are also non movers after only dropping two singles games with a 10-2 win at The Old Inn. N Hunter was one of the players to win while R Jennings was the other and remains unbeaten for The Old Inn after another 2-0 victory. Meanwhile, Astro Arrows were on a bye. ● The Astro Park will beholding their fifth singles Knock Out on Friday night, leading up to the start of the winter season. Entry £3 with prize money from the semi-finalists upwards. Start 8pm.
