MARINE AND COASTAL ACCESS ACT 2009 APPLICATION FOR DEPLOYMENT OF A PROTOTYPE WAVE DEVICE AT WAVE HUB IN CORNWALL
Notice is hereby given that Seatricity Ltd (Stourside Place, Station Road, Ashford Kent) have applied to the Marine Management Organisation under the Marine and Coastal Access Act 2009, Part 4, for a marine licence for the deployment of a prototype wave device at the Wave Hub site, off the coast of Hayle, Cornwall.
Plans showing the position of the works may be inspected at the Wave Hub office, John Harvey House, 24 Foundry Square, Hayle, TR27 4HH.
Representations or objections in respect of the application should be made in writing, giving an address to which correspondence relating to the representation or objection may be sent, to the Marine Management Organisation, Marine Licensing Team, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE4 7YH, or alternatively emailed to marine.consents@marinemanagement.org.uk, within 28 days of the date of date of the first notice, 20th February 2014, quoting reference MLA/2014/00054. The Marine Management Organisation will pass to the applicant a copy of any objection or representation we receive.
