Duck Races! 4pm Saturday 5th June 2010

The village of Angarrack is having a Duck Race at 4pm on Saturday 5th June (if weather ad will be Sunday 6th June) at the viaduct on Riverside in Angarrack. This is to help raise money for the famous Angarrack Christmas Lights.
There will be a number of races including ones especially for children as well as the main event for Champion Duck Racer!
Whilst not racing why not try the Tombola and other stalls, buy a raffle ticket and tuck in to the BBQ and delicious crepes!

July 2021 - Wave Hub Development Services Ltd will now be known as Celtic Sea Power
Wave Hub allows developers of wave energy devices to test new wave energy technology.
Wave Hub is a grid-connected offshore facility in South West England for the large scale testing of technologies that generate electricity from the power of the waves. It holds a 25 year lease of 8 sq km of sea bed connected to the grid by a 11/33kv subsea cable. read more »
