This post is to offer reassurance to the residents of Hayle that Police activity on the evening of the 18th April 2015 was related to a missing person.

Following an extensive Police search and on locating the missing person they were unfortunately found to be deceased

At no time was there any danger or risk to any other member of the public and the Police do not at this stage believe that there is anything of a suspicious or criminal nature
