24 CLERK’S REPORT/CORRESPONDENCE/CONSULTATIONS/MEETINGS/INCIDENTALS
b) Consultations
a) Correspondence
(i) To consider the correspondence from the Public Protection Department of Cornwall Council seeking views on Public Spaces Protection Orders:
Renewal of existing dogs on beaches restrictions to come into effect from April/May 2020
It was resolved that the restriction should remain as they are currently however to explain that there was concern that the map does not correspond with existing orders and that there should be clarification regarding the division of areas and that Hayle area should only include Hayle Estuary to the eastern end of Black Rock and not Harvey’s Towans to Godrev.
