VILLAGERS' INITIATIVE SPIRIT OF SELF-HELP AT ANGARRACK OLD MILL CONVERTED INTO INSTITUTE The villagers of Angarrack, near Hayle, were congratulated their spjrlfc help by Mr G. Lewis Rosewarne, of G-winear, when he opened the institute there on Thursday
